1. Different working principles:  

Diaphragm pump depends on the reciprocating movement of the connecting rod to drive the diaphragm deformation of the material suction pressure;  The plunger pump relies on the reciprocating movement of the plunger in the cylinder, so that the volume of the sealing cavity changes to achieve oil absorption and pressure.  

2, cost performance:  

Diaphragm pump is simple in structure, small in size, light in weight, cheap in price and low in maintenance cost;  Plunger pump complex structure, high price, high environmental requirements, high maintenance costs.
