Asphalt crack  filling

Small joint filling machine adopts liquefied gas heating system, heat conduction oil circulation, so that asphalt or sealant quickly melt, through the asphalt pump pressure from the discharge port to achieve the effect of crack treatment.  Through the pressure injection grouting, the material and the seam wall are closely combined, and the flexible universal wheel is turned to track the cracks, so that the grouting effect is beautiful.  Due to the use of asphalt or sealant filling materials, it is easy to solidify when the temperature is low. The filling machine is equipped with  generator set to provide power for the whole machine. The constant temperature control system is adopted in the discharge pipe part of the filling machine to avoid the material burning and aging and ensure the smooth discharge.
